Chic mother-of-pearl-patterned mahjong tiles adorned with delicate, geometric peacocks, dragonflies, and patterns in rich hues are an homage to an era defined by luxury, glamour, and exuberance. The Charleston in American mahjong is named after the wildly popular fast-paced, rhythmic 1920s dance of the same name, forged in an era when mahjong first became popular in the US. The Art Deco movement, like these tiles, marries luxurious materials and exquisite craftsmanship with a joie de vivre ethos akin to a riotously choreographed game of mahjong. Complete the look with our coordinating Deco Collection racks and mats and transform your whole game.
These tiles are a relaunch of the fan-favorite White Mother of Pearl Deco Mahjong Tiles—now with an updated design and hand-painted with the highest quality craftsmanship.
