2021 Rose of Merlot The 2021 Cal-a-Vie Rosé is specifically selected from one of our cooler situated blocks of Merlot grapes, allowing us to produce a wine with great natural acidity while still obtaining aromatic ripeness. Our rosé leans to the dry side, shows notes of mandarin and sherbet with great minerality. It finishes smoothly with a lingering note of tamarind and jolly ranchers.
